Job Description
The Alpine Pizza Co was born out of a passion for quality authentic wood fired pizzas. Our beginnings started in the wedding catering industry crafting pizzas for 25-200+ guests from our converted horse box. Since then, we have grown exponentially and now have 5 trailers working all kinds of exciting and unique events, corporate hospitality, and the UKs biggest festivals.
We are now looking for an experienced Administration Manager on a part time basis (24 hours p/w) to help us grow and contribute to our continued growth as we start our busy 2023 schedule.

Position Details
As our new Administration Manager, you will be managing the day-to- day running of the office. You’ll be working directly with the business owner and will have ample opportunities to suggest and implement process improvement across the business and create a calm and structured environment. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Respond to online and phone booking enquiries
Manage the calendar of events, staff rotas, and ordering of stock
Manage and implement our food management systems for all trailers (HACCP system)
Make sure trailers are fully equipped and compliant for every event
Book in staff training and keep a record of staff training expiry dates
Organise staff accommodation and accreditation to allow smooth access to festival work
Assist in recruitment administration and sourcing of event staff
Liaise with customers and clients gaining feedback and troubleshooting before all events
Keep up to date records on all allergens and kitchen equipment compliance records
Drive and continue our improvement to become a fully sustainable business
In addition to the core responsibilities, this role can be what you make of it. Whether that’s full management of the office or whether you want to work operations at the events and festivals or if you want to add on social media management. It can be moulded and grown with you!
About you:
Experience in either restaurant operations or festival catering would be advantageous but not essential
Competent computer skills and file management
You will be forward thinking, pro-active and organised with a knack for problem solving (just like any good hospitality professional)
You will have a keen eye for detail and implementing processes (In food business, we don’t have the option of any margin of error)
You will have great customer service and always strive to give our customers an unforgettable experience.

This is a permanent part time position (24 hours a week) but due to our events being majority weekends, we will need flexibility on hours across the weekends for support. This wouldn’t mean every weekend but there may be times where documentation or event problem solving is needed while trailers are on site. Overtime will always be paid.

Job Types: part-time, permanent 3 days per week. 24 hours plus overtime. Weekend work from time to time
Hourly rate £10.00 - £13.00 per hour dependant on experience
